many paints have directions that say apply above 60 F, common enamal spray paint.

I believe this is so that it drys in a couple of hours and not days.

Usualy between 60 and 90 with low humidity and your just fine. Upper 50's and in the sunshine should be good too.

just because the paint says 60 F, doesn't mean that it will not work fine.

And with the hair dryer it was prob 120 F

I paint aircraft for the Navy and our ideal temp for painting is 70 or higher, and not humid. If your using a two part paint, you an mixx the paint according to the temp. EX. If its cold where your painting you mix more hardener in with the pigmint, if its about 70 you mix it according to the instructions. Also you never want to use less hardner the the instructions tell you you to use.

Also where are you going to be paintin at? I hope a garage or shed....

Force drying can cause it to lose its shine, be careful. I've had to re-do stuff a couple times cause I've flashed the paint dry and it comes out looking like a flat color. You can do it but like I said be careful.
