i got a silver 06 ss s/c..thinking about painting the stock rims gloss black or some of it black just like stu's ... what do u guys think? or keep the stock gunmetal?..anyone have a silver one with them painted? if so lets see some pics please thanks guys

Stu's rims look badass the way it's painted. I'd say go for it. Time for a change in rims if you've had your since 06

Yes black looks good on silver. I've seen like oh.....um......... 500 Balts here with that paint scheme. But again it's ur car.

 

have someone phootshop it for ya but i think i will look good!

 

I wouldnt paint them I would powder coat them go with a different color than just black

 

I think gloss black would look pretty sick

Granted I don't have a cobalt any more I do have a silver car and I just painted my wheels. I went with graphite personally. I didn't wanna have the silver car and black wheels like everyone else.
