you would have to run a test light to the bulb plugs themselves to see if there is power going to the lightbulb

and then to the headlight harness itself to see if it has power when your lowbeam is on .

let me know, might be just a pinched wire somewhere.

Well boys. Took the yellow daffodil out for some runs at Gimli first time with the mods and Trifecta Tune.Ended up doing 7 runs with my best time being a 15.1941 @ 96.96 mph, 60' @ 2.54s. Had the interceptor set to watch my iat2 and KR3 with the KR3 set to light up if I went above 1.0 well most runs I was at 4.5 - 5.0. So decided to shut it down before I blew it up. My iat2's during the run were at 161*f. So I thinks mes a need a bit more tuning. Also I need to figure out how to set my user rev limiter with this stg 3 tune. So not bashing the tune yet as a tune is always in progress, so far not to disappointed in it. Stay tuned for more updates. Projekt we can to this. Let's get it done. Now to find a new ic pump and front struts. Arrgs

161* IATs is right where i thought you should be. So the pump is working now but it's gonna calf out eventually. But ya your tune sounds too agressive. That's a lot of timing to be getting pulled. Atleast your motor survived lol

K I am getting your txts but I cant seem to send right now. What vince said about my HE I am not sure I agree with. When we tuned my IC pump wasnt working but it is now. So when we tuned and datalogged I had high IAT2 temps like 140 plus. now in the city I am getting 111 and highway 100-105. I have seen Knock retard up to 7.8 a few times now. So i think we should do another quick datalog now that my temps are more accurate and see what he says. Also please feel free to include me on any emails bewteen you too as well if needed.

For sure mike. Like i said in the text message i dont agree with what he said ether.

Here is how to apparently set the GMS3 rev limiter

When you want to set the limiter, hold the gas pedal at desired revs and turn the key off. To check the new limiter turn the key back to ACC and slowly depress the gas pedal. It should now read your new limiter.

Do not adjust the limiter above 7,250rpm unless you have upgraded valve springs, and do not adjust the limiter past 7,500rpm w/o NB Shafts.

fyi jordan now that i have access to a good computer I found the instructions in 30 secs to set the rev limiter on the attached link so I have done it and its set. the link is below and it's titles stg 3 instructions and in PDf format. might be a thing to print of for future clients as it shows how to set rev limiter, octane switch, Nos algorithim etc.. So dont worry about the rev limit anymore lets focus on the knock.
