Well finished my retros, when mounting the halos I kinda cracked one... lol so I said **** it and just went with the projectors only. Have a lot of loose ends to tidy up but looks nice now that my fogs match my headlights.

Any one use the paint on caliper paint before? g2 I think it is called? my brembos have kind of dulled up almost to a grey, Need to paint them
Wondering how it lays on and if brush strokes are visible

ill bet its not actually dulled up. Try using some of that tire shine stuff or even WD40 and wipe the **** out of it. Ill bet you get the shine back and the break dust off of them.

Well we had the valve cover off to replace and kept it off while doing the header but covered with a towel. Didnt touch the timing chain at all. I was leaning on the towel while working on the header. i dont know could I have press something down while leanng on it. I may loosen and re tighten the VC tomorrow and see if that helps.

it didnt make this sound before the mods yesterday.

It was coming from under your valve cover on the timing chain side.

When we do, do a tune how long do you think it will take vince to do. i have been reading a few threads lately about him being hard to get a hold of.

I rolled my ankle last night playing basketball...******* hurts like hell.

I really don't think we need to retune and if your planning on getting that header downpipe on we might as well wait for then.

I saw those threads, i personally have never had trouble emailing vince. Ill send him one tonight with my tune and see if i can get a hold of him and let you know.

And remember, most dealers charge for retunes because it takes up there time...im not going to because i consider you a friend....

I can understand where your coming from when you think its cheap to live at home, and i would agree with you on some regards.

But im paying over 550 dollars a month on my car payment. Not to mention most of the food i buy ( I hardly ever eat a meal cooked at home unless i make it myself)

The only thing i don't pay is rent, where if i didnt have a car payment i would pay rent.

If i made 40,000 a year i would have nothing to complain about, but i make jack **** at my job here and it leaves me broke.
