I am home jonathan, I've been home for a week. I had family pictures on the 14th so my christmas is done.

I'll be home tonight if you want to run that cam back here. I'll also give you back your ratchet strap! lol

I'm sorry to read this Mark.

I wasn't attempting to make light of anyone's situation, I was only trying to suggest that it doesn't always have to be this way - adn I had been on high alert as to if Jamie was in any way controlling, or might quell my enthusiasm for my hobbies...

Do you hate Christmas because of how big it has gotten, and expectations from the kids have you extra stressed?

It's probably too late for this year, but maybe for years forward you can talk well in advance to Ella, and be intentional about having a simplified, less materialistic Christmas...
As in, one gift each, a max dollar amount, and you don't buy gifts for everyone ~ but instead mail cards... (which can be bought in bulk, well in advance.)

So good news guys found number 1 rod bearing gone has a little play in it everything else is nice and tight and pistons look bran new so that's were we are at pulling the bearing out after dinner and we will know what the crank is like

How do you change a rod bearing with the motor still in the car? Or did you pull the motor?

So if anyone needs main bearing set or a rod bearing or two I got them just replaced the one bearing torquing it and flushing it tomorrow night

Pulled the pan pulled the connecting rod off and bushed the new earring in took use half hour

All you need is 11m 12 point socket needle nose pliers and a rubber mallet done deal

main girdle cap bolts - 15 ft/lbs then 70 degree twist. the 20 degrees to finish in sequence
connecting rod bolts - 35 ft/lbs break loose then 35 ft/lbs again. then break loose and 65 ft/lbs

Thanks alot man ya if everything goes good and ya need them let me know paid 65 for the main and 66 for 4 rod but ill take 50 for main and 40 for 3 rod if I don't need them

talk with jon and he will give you some light on the topic..... lets just say no one will ever change my mind on the topic ever....

i suspect we will be having alot of tech talk in the near future..... im just saying that something isnt being done right..... if no else will say it, i will..... this is not a dsm.... these are ecotechs....
