Those are just for the radials. The street 05 and 555 are a bit higher.

My NT555's lasted me 2 years and still looked pretty decent, and they have been on my friend's TVS car since spring and they have about 50% tread left as of now. My R888's have a 100 treadwear rating and at 6k miles they still look great You guys are hard on tires! lol

But at this 6,000 miles I am saying they are nowhere near through even half their life. My NT555's had 30k on them, if not a bit more, and probably 10k miles of that were on the front, and about 7k more miles on them now that Trevor has them on the front and they are still at about 50% tread left. BUT a lot of it is in how you drive and how much you spin them. I don't roast mine much, believe it or not lol

without a doubt we are not afraid to roast them here. but the material they use in the pavement would make a huge difference. also we have a ton of construction here, road conditions are not great. there is alot of loose gravel too, chews up soft compound tires pretty good. in 2 months i have had my car running i have put on 6000 miles. when race city was open, 1 night there would take half the life of a tire away. lol

the top layer on the #1 highway is like coated in extra sharp rocks. almost diamond like hahahahahaha

I would think road material is about the same. You definitely put on more miles. I've also noticed when it comes to a performance tire on a car that doesn't get driven a ton, a soft tire sometimes lasts nearly as long as a harder one simply because you don't spin as much as a harder tire, so there is less wear from that, but the overall life of just driving around will be shorter on a softer tire. In my case it probably about evens out.

Ya true I found it the same my stock tires lasted me a summer as well as my way softer NT05s because the Nittos could plant the power

I have been known to do rolling burnouts down the interstate before a race to make sure they get a little sticky, I'll admit that

If that 200 shot doesn't blow the welds on the intake you'll have traction issues too.
Perfect I'm gonna grab your favorite for sat

I bet doing highway speed burnouts will heat up those soft R compounds nicely!!
