Urgh! Sleeping is the worst! I am one of those people who has to have a blanket. So in the summer when it's llike +30 it's impossible!

It was gorgeous yesterday is you ask me! Spent an hour and half playing outside. Until Khloe who we all know went face first into some snow. She wasn't upset, but I thought she might get cold after that so I took her in.

Haven't seen or talked to him in a while... but he might still be there. Yeah I have the day off so I thought I'd get up early and take it to Davis for 8 so that I could get other stuff done on the car today. So much for that plan. But overall I'm happy with Davis, almost flawless work on my collision repair and they gave me a new trans when Murray wouldn't.

as far as I'm concerned, you can have the cold - if I could, I'd give you my share of the cold.

....

not having AC in your condo is your issue - there are even units that can cool a place down if you don't have ac... but I mean how often last year did you have to deal with trying to sleep with +27 ~ one day??
Last year we got totally jipped out of summer.
Not sick... It's called being a true Canadian last summer was alright but the 2 summers before that were hell.

Davis guy says there was a clunk in my front end and they're replacing something bushings on my car? Sway link something? Anyone fill me in?

Oh... there was a miscommunication. Davis installed the Sportlines that were sitting in my trunk.

What a needlessly expensive surprise. But cool that they're installing Sportlines and then replacing a suspension component under warranty.

I've seen that commercial... does that mean you've bought into that hog-wash?

Just because I happened to have been born in North America, north of hte 49th parralel, doesn't mean I like, or embrace the cold... I HATE, HATE, HATE the cold.

You know on a hot day, when you go to your car after it's been parked for a while...
that stagnant heat?...
I love that...

I love going outside, not having to wear a coat, trading pants for shorts, and trading socks & shoes for my worn in birkenstock's...

Crap - now you made me really lust for going Henessey's for some food...
Hennessey's Tavern - Hermosa Beach - Hermosa Beach, CA

I wanna live in so-cal!

The it's -10 outside and we embrace the cold commercial. No lol. My love of the cold stems from playing shiny outside in -20 weather as a kid, snowboarding since junior high and riding my horses and playing outside the stable in the snow when I was a little kid. I prefer to be driving thru shitty weather and thru deep snow than hauling ass taking corners fast. I'd sell my car for a SUV (preferably an LR3) or truck today if I had the money since I'm no longer the one driving my vehicle thru snowy mountain roads when my friends and I head to the mountains on snowboarding trips.

It doesn't look like a lowered car... shows how stupid high these cars are from the factory. My ride also didn't "go to ****" as most people claim with Sportlines. Hopefully it sinks a little lower. I'm now counting on the lips and 18" to really make a difference.

I drove brodys car which is on sportlines when it was for sale. Felt the same as stock. Lethbridge roads r nice and smooth tho so that might be why they feel alright lol

you'll notice the difference when you get into a grooved road.

The sportlines do settle a bit lower after a month or so

Sounds good. Right now it's a 2 finger gap in the back and 3 in the front... so if the back stays pretty much where it is and the front comes down a lil bit I'd be happy.

Indeed I was. Epic fail if the back comes down more and the front stays as is. The pics I've seen of Sportlines on here all look pretty even, so I'm not too worried.

Sway bar endlinks, common problem on the car. Looks good though, needs a cleaning haha.

You'd probably notice the difference on a shitty road (Edmonton, ugh I thought I'd break my back on stock springs). Lethbridge ones are great though.

sportlines ftw.

Mine settled about 1/2 inch in the rear after about a month. Just load up your trunk for a few weeks if you want quicker results lol.

The ride isnt that bad either. Actually I found it much more enjoyable from a car stand point. The car is much more responsive and feels like glass on a smooth road.
