well i decided to see how strong my e-brake really is in my schools empty parking lot today, well needless to say, if my brakes ever fail, i will die. well not actually but i was going 30, pulled it as hard as i could, counted 5 seconds and i was only down to 22 lol. so if im in traffic, and my brakes go, the only things stopping me is the car infront of me

ya thats pretty much how, its easier to properly adjust it if the back end is jacked up so you can test it alot easier.

when i park my car on my street, i can hear it moving when i get out. it makes like a grinding noise from the pad slipping on the rotor, if i didnt turn my tires, i would roll into my brothers car

If it's a stick you should be putting it in gear as well just in case your e brake fails or slips like you are describing

I think a bunch of pages ago I said I found my car across the street one morning cause the e-brake completely broke. Would have hoped all 2.4's in this thread would take that to heart and put the damn car in gear.

Well I could leave my brake off, and not in gear, and my car wouldn't move, but why risk it. Just brake, curb and gear and it is not moving unless a truck tows it lol

I like the music. But it looks good. Is there a way you can hide it behind something so it's not so noticeable when it's not flashing? Like behind the grilles or something?

i thought it was common sense to leave the car in gear when parking as that's how your actually supposed to park a manual vehicle lol.

and i park a perfectly flat area so regardless my car isn't going anywhere, and its underground to boot haha
