one of which has been here infrequently...

this is a Calgary thread, not a css.net general chat thread...
Which means that it's for Calgarians, or topics at least loosely associated with or about Calgary...

just an FYI.

Brutal, so it's down to me and Acey here for CSS.net? haha.

Maybe I'll be the fastest LSJ in town now .

Especially with a ZZP tune .

Off topic on tunes, apparantly there is a Dyno in Lethbridge. My buddy went to one at a store called "Hold Up Truck Pulls" but I can't find it anywhere in Google.

fixed.

Come on, most of Lethbridge is either retired farmers, or students...
which is probably why dude411 needs to look elsewhere for a job, why my cousins after getting any kind of education need to loo for jobs outside of Lethbridge, and why I nevere seriously considered moving there...

I don't see much call for those retired farmers to need a dyno...

I'm not going to screw around, I like Lethbridge, and I can actually put up with the wind... but at the end of the day (probably because I grew up in a bigger city) I came back to Calgary.

you and I both know they only want to be Canadian when they're complaining about something regarding their governments policies...
when they're done complaining, they go back to;
  • being taxed less
  • having cheaper food
  • having cheaper gas
  • did I say taxed less?
  • being able to live in several states which do not see snow

Don't get me wrong, I like being canadian... but were I able to make a go if it, I'd move to so cal in a heartbeat.

Who do you think you're fooling?

You do know afterall why we're taxed so heavily right?

Now americans are facing higher taxes to offset the cost of the gov't legislatd healthcare...

Hell, there's so few LSJ's in town that isn't difficult.

People keep trading them into Murray, too... now there's 2 '07 cars down there. A black one with black painted stockers, and a sport red one that was there about a year ago as well.

Tons of trade work, I build houses so I'm set. I'll probably go to wherever my GF goes after she is done school though and I have finished up my commercial rotary.

I hate big cities, I would love to live somewhere like Fernie or the likes.
