2009 LSJ/LNF Throwdown Competition
no the clutch is starting to slip pretty bad on hard launches. and even if i let off and then get back on it it'll still slip. i gotta go into neautral, let off the clutch and let it grab. then do a rev match into the proper gear. or else i'll never get it back. street driving is perfectly fine. track...no way
Expect to see a bunch of CFL cobalts on that list within the next few months ralli
yeah i think the stg2 mounts were the demise of my clutch hahah. i don't hop anymore....at all. that with the KDW's. i hook pretty good. like, whenever i first went to the track with the new mounts and tires. i launched, hooked, and was WOT way before i used to be. and without hop or spin either. i had a feeling that would have been atleast a 2.09 60' time. but, the clutch just let loose right after i hooked. i was pissed

We'll just have to see how things go the next time I hit up the track. I hope I don't snap an axle.
yeah i was really surprised with these mounts and tires. the best 60' time i had before the mounts was a 2.19 which actually ended in a shitty 1/4 time cause it was windy. but theres soooo much of a difference with these mounts
wow, you guys have more excuses than a married man coming home late from work.
lol
glad this thread is back on track, sort of. I'd love to keep bumping people off the list as the times get faster and it becomes more and more difficult to get on the list.

I'd love to see that list be nothing but 12's from top to bottom.
the best on here isnt highish 12's. even the best known one isnt highish 12's.
I'm going by ones posted for the draglist with slips/vids. Not people that just talk about times they ran or 1/4 times calculated by 1/8 times. Just using the Srt-4 for example, look at all the ones in the 12's, 11's, and even 10's (not talking about full drag cars).
Those in question can just click his link.
I wish mine ran like that.
I've got some track toys coming in though so we shall see.
I wish mine ran like that.
