I think it'll come down to the driver, the V's Mods, and what MPH they leave from. They're Power-to-Weight ratios are gonna be right about on par, IF the V is stock. They usually dyno 335-350whp in stock form, from what I've seen.

Here's an example of what an 06 did on the dyno... same car, same dyno, same day, etc:

Bone Stock: 344 RWHP/346 RWTQ

Intake, Borla Cat-back, & Tune: 362 RWHP/357 RWTQ

- - - - -

Here's my Ricer Math contribution:

.0833 for a Stock V's Power-to-Weight (350whp/4200lbs) with a 220lbs driver and 80lbs worth of gas/fluids (1/2 tank of gas)

.0843 for a Stg1 SS/TC's Power-to-Weight (270whp/3200lbs) with a 180lbs driver and 40lbs of gas/fluids (Less than 1/4 tank of gas - I'd hope after reading all this, you'd be smart enough to show up with 1/4 tank or less - make sure you remove all excess **** out of your backseat and remove the spare tire, as well)

Like a non-V?

The Base Model 2006 CTS's have a 2.8L V6 rated at 210hp/194tq.

The Sport Model and some Base 2006 CTS's have a 3.6L V6 rated at 255hp/252tq.

Even a stock SS/SC should beat both of those.

The 3.6L has 263hp/253tq...

The 3.6L w/ Direct Injection has 304hp/273tq...

They also come in either RWD or AWD. The AWD CTS's weigh about 200lbs more than the RWD version (3900lbs compared to 4100lbs)
