New Drag Times Thread
Something else to try is to rev 1rst out to redline and not nls since the zfr spools so fast. It looks like you are way short shifting and bogging hard into second. Could get you a few more tenths
im still experimenting with the zfr, this was the first time out with ethanol and zfr. i also used to nls on stock turbo but could produce the same times not doing it..
will try all of the above when i get out again. I also want to try some suspension stuff to try and knock off a few tenths

well you picked up a full second(from your signature. i know you've gone 12.00) going from the stock turbo to the zfr and slicks. that's something to be proud of.
well I can't really compare to you guys but I just went for the first time tonight and managed to make a 13.3 second pass at 110 mph. I'm on bald stock conti's with 36,000 miles and a slipping clutch. My first run ever was a 13.482 at 104 and then I made a couple 13.6 passes at 111. Pretty much fully bolted besides catback and intercooler. HPtuned by byt. I am definitely looking forward to going again soon.

The left lane was a late 90's Camaro SS with big slicks. Not really sure what happened there but I know he did a huge burnout haha.

maybe meant to put IM for intake port?? well I wanna know how to get to this guys level with a somewat similar setup. I have the AIS WI system trunk mount. going to be using a different supercharger tho. i'll let the cat outa the box in a couple weeks here, but yea I have I,H,DP,CD,CB,WI,T, and some DR's coming soon. im guessing driver mod for such a good time?? thanks guys.

your mph is pretty good but your time definitely needs some work if your making 110mph passes. what size tires are you running? are they street tires? I have 245 Pirelli's on my lsj. but im nervous about breaking axles with a launch. buying some extra napas here asap.

you have a nice 60'. you could probably pull a 1.95 or better, but still a 2.0 with those mods you should be much lower than 13.9.
what does your shifting look like? Stu went 12.98@109 and then 12.75@108 with dr's on 2.85" 60s intake head dp catback trans mounts ingalls opt b.
12.98 run had a 2.06 60'. 5.61 330'. 8.47@86 1/8. 10.92 1000'
12.75 run had a 1.93 60'. 5.39 330'. 8.23@86 1/8. 10.68 1000'
your 60' is there. the mods are there. but something is missing.. shifting? tune?
oh and yes these are the drag radials i still have on my car that i'm still pulling 2.0 60's with. 5 years later... hahah

I think heatsoaking is my main issue. 1st gear hooks up and goes, 2nds alright then third is like thsthspstpst.
Im on a james tune i got back in january... Car runs pretty good... I hear something ticking in the bay though... Knock knock knockin on heavens door?
On these 13.9 runs i row through the gears pretty good, no lift shifting. Im not hiting the rpms perfect; i usually shift from first a bit prematurely because 1st revs so fast
On roll races i often hang with mid to high 12's low 13's cars. Whadafuk?
