New Drag Times Thread
it wasnt even a racing one. it was just a country boys 4 wheeler lol. of course I only recently got into the 9s in an 1/8. so he wasnt going super fast. just didnt spin lol
He's a diesel mechanic so I expect it from him. The truck is more of a pulling truck, with a single bullseye 422 with a ton of headwork and much more so it has a **** ton of low end. Runs 1.5 60fts constantly. But speed definitely falls off up top. From a roll we are about neck and neck till 80 ish then I pull. He is happy with it and its not even maxing anything out. He can still put bigger injectors in it and get around another 80whp and another 200wtq out of it.

I don't think anybody was dissing big trucks my man.
We we're just admitting that it was embarrassing to lose to a vehicle that weighs around 4 tons.
I love trucks. Used to have a lifted 1990 Chevy Scottsdale and I'm looking at getting an 82' k10 here in a few weeks to drive in the crappy Ohio winters.
