Vid of the 12.8 run. Other car ran a 12.5 but had almost a half a second better reaction time that I did which is why it looks like I lost by alot lol

Your runs are fantastic considering the odds are against you, 1.9 60 foot is fantastic for a one wheel drive auto. lol I was barely able to pull 2.1 60's on street tires.

Yeah I know but I'm focusing more on the launch instead of the reaction time right now since it doesn't count towards my actual time

Thats pretty damn good for DRs and a 105 trap. I've been shooting for 12s on street tires , but my best 60 so far is 2.1
Its funny when I made the switch to E85 i told myself I'd be happy with mid 13s, I hit low 13s now i want 12s.

I had been trapping higher but the car felt a little sluggish that run lol. I was going to get another run in but...someone decided to be cool and spill oil down one of the lanes and they took over an hour cleaning it. By the time they finished they had a big line waiting and only like 40 mins left til close

okay guys I have a 2009 LNF stock turbo. i have 355whp and 410 wheel torque.
I run a consistent trap of 1113 mph. but yet Im still in 13.3s... Im highly disappointed.

60 fts are down to 2.1 with drag bags

I was running on all season nittos at 22 psi in them.

my plan is to get the nt55rs for it as well, get the new control arms and rotated trans mounts. any other advice on what to get?

I know the car has the possibility of hitting 11's just have to get what is needed. any help or advice would be appreciated.
it has the power to and Im getting stg 1 cams at the end of the month.

How hard were the bags to install?
2.1 isn't great but it's better than my 2.3. Getting off the line and putting the power down is something I struggled with too. The cars have tons of potential but they lose to much by being slow off the line. They say every tenth you lower at the start should translate to 2 tenths quicker at the top end.
If you have a good clutch and transmission with the rotated mounts you may have to try slicks if it will hold together. I run the same times and basically leave like I would from a fast stoplight due to traction. Even on nitto 555r's I can break loose in 2nd. Short of slicks it sounds like the grooved dr's that Hoosier makes are probably the best. I drive my dr back and forth to the track,.

Thank you Nova Ss,

I planned on getting the mounts, control arms, and I found 17" slicks Ill be using for the event Im in. But the bags actually came from Airlift.com I believe its called and they work absolutely fantastic! I also plan on just being better safe then sorryy and purchasing the level 2 gm axles.. Cause where I sit right now is 410wtq. When I get my cams it will be even more then that so I really don't want to break anything at this event haha

Some experiences from what I've tried-
ZZP trans mounts are solid and look good but cause more vibration. Powells mounts really don't vibrate more, and unlike the ZZP mounts they actually rotate the trans and work better.
His rear cab's work great and can take the abuse. Those 2 combined will give you the bet opportunity to hook up and not wheel hop.
Drag radials- I can only speak of the nitto 555r's 245/45-17. They are pretty finicky, pressure is a variable, and temp is critical. Nitto recommended 195 degrees. As much low end torque as lnf's have, even ramped they can overpower what the tires can do. First isn't bad because it's boost limited, 2nd is my trouble. You can either wheel hop with them, or spin too much, and wheel hop kills the trans or axels.
I haven't tried footballs and would rather get bags but I heard you had to cut the bump stops to run them and didn't want to do that. I've tried launching higher rpm and if the tires hook it tends to bog. So I ride the clutch a little like Chris Miller suggested at about 2,300 off the line. Still haven't got that down. Best times I see are ran with slicks as they are more consistent. I wouldn't worry so much about getting stage 2 axels if you can eliminate wheel hop if you have an lnf because they are good factory axels. The trans will be your issue.
I'm going to install a 4.45 trans this spring and will let you know how that goes come summer.
Remember it only takes 1/2second of spinning or riding the clutch to long to not lay down a 12 second quarter mile where you are at, I'm there too.
