Bad Slave Cylinder?

I'm thinking maybe my slave cylinder is leaking... The issues I'm having is:

1. I'm losing brake fluid... Lots of it.. to the point I'm using about a bottle a month...
2. 2nd gear gets blocked alot while downshifting, or it will pop out once I left off the clutch
3. Every now and then, when I start the car with the peddle all the way down, the car will do a slight jump like the clutch is still partially engaged
4. When I'm slowing down to stop sometimes and I hit the clutch, I can feel the call bucking barely like the clutch is still barely engaged.

What do you guys think?

the sure way to tell is to look under the car where the tranny bolts to the motor and see if there is brake fluid leaking around there. it sure sounds like a slave cylinder, however also look under the dash at where the master cylinder pushrod goes into the master cylinder, it can be leaking there.
