I agree. I'd like to see some results on 93 and tuned to perfection. I'm looking for a decent turbo upgrade that'll hit 400 on 93 without being maxed out and having a crazy aggressive tune. These results I've seen are actually pretty good though. Spool time isn't the best, but it does save the tranny a bit. How long of a power and does this have? Would valve springs be needed to get the full advantage of the turbo?

You want a turbo that can get 400 easy without being too aggressive...well the WR-3 can do that all day. I sit at 410/425 right now at like 13.5-14* of timing and 24.5#'s...

Honestly man, I'd love to do it but the only thing holding me back is the price and the core charge. I just can't justify spending that much on a turbo even though it is directly bolt on. I'd be all over it if it was just a bit cheaper though.

I've read that the spool time is close to the k04 or sooner. It's a quick response turbo with tremendous power. Kdub probably has more info on it. Chek out his thread.

Spool time is about 3800-3900. It has a tad of lag, but not too much. When we started to create the tubro Dave had asked what I wanted and I said to save my trans lmao. The price is a little higher, but honestly with the turbo you get every penny worth. I wouldn't see anyone getting it and not being happy. Precision really is a top notch company and they helped make a very nice direct bolt on turbo

Really want to see that turbo fully maxed out. You have a built motor so do it!

true and I have read the lsj head breathes easier and I am cnc ported, I dont have cams yet. But with meth and 93 you might get similar results...

I've thought about running meth but I haven't really pulled the trigger on it. I'd be interested in results on just pure 93 rather than E or on meth cause it would be more relevant as to what I'd be running with a new turbo.

i understand but i swithced to 80lb injectors and i am sure the tune in and of itself is going to be fun to idle but it has been done and i would rather run corn and have it tuned right away for the full effect with my built motor.
