aux input for 06 radio

aux input for 06 radio

does anyone know of an aux input, not for an i pod for an 06 radio ??? not fm modulated.

looking to connect my mp3 player.

I used a small sized Clarion front dash EQ that has an aux input on the back...You have to use a wire that has the mini stereo plug like a headset wire, and RCA's on the other end. It is a 1/2 DIN size. It works ok, but has to be wired into the stock radio. It was about $60 shipped on Amazon. I think EmperorJJ1 and others had a post where you could get a new Pioneer Deck with a USB input for around $200. That is probably a better solution. I don't think there is an "easy" answer. It will take some work either way.

kenwood 138 has an aux in but the cheapest ipod direct unit is the pioneer 3000ib
