Question Back Pannel Rattling

Ok, i have my 12" Type-R in and its shaking my back pannel over the rear speakers like hell. What are some suggestions to keep the rattle down?

yeah im sure, the panel is hitting the window making a racket and its flexing in the middle a bit. can i do anything about that?

its not ss dot com, its a diff site... and as stated before, i dont feel like risking a ban...from what ive read, they are thrown around loosly sometimes here...
