Flickering electrical system. Help!!

I bought my 2005 cobalt with 109xxx i am currently at 120xxx. Ever since I had the car my entire electrical system flickers. Dash lights, headlights, brake lights, everything. The alternator and battery were checked and they are fine. Alternator powers everything back up properly and battery is strong. We checked a few grounds and cleaned power wires but still flickers. As the RPM's go higher everything flickers faster. If you have any suggestions I can try to check or information please let me know! Thanks

Yeah we took that completely off, cleaned it, and still nothing.

if increased RPMs makes it change that makes me lean towards a gound issue vs power issue. I was going to say check the 50a fuse and holder in the back for the BCM but id look into the front grounds and batt ground. hows the neg bat terminal as well? they are built pretty shitty and can be loose

The battery ground is pretty tight, where is the fuse talking about? Interior fuse box or engine bay, and what is the BCM?

Ok I'll check that. If the fuse is popped you think that could cause flickering?

Don't take it to a dealer. They will more than likely just say they can't find the issue and then you will be out $100 or more.
