im a big fan of the herz line of speakers

 

it has a few little ones but doesnt really bother me, i just want everything hooked up already. gonna end up doing it like at the end of november, good thing my friend has a nice garage and torpedo heater.

 

u can run the wiring for the amp so when the sub comes all ud need is a box and speaker wires. just make sure you dont hook up speaker wires to the amp without the sub

to

Metra = 70-2104 (70-2202 should work as well but the 2104 is the best option)

they are all components right? highs are out the tweeters and mids out the speakers? i'm not completely new but i wanna be positive here. you recommend an amp for all mids/highs? my mids and highs are still powered off the head unit. though I could have left the factory amp in line instead.

or are my 2 way coaxials (kicker ds) speakers fine? in your opinion anyway.

 

 

no they make co-ax speakers as well. but yes they make components. If you get an amp then you should get more clarity out of the DS speakers. personally i like the ds line for entry level but its just that, plus kickers in general arent the best sound for ur buck IMO

It was nuts lol. Never again thou, it destroyed the car.. I had bass that knocked security cameras fuzzy and flexed the windows at my work a half inch or so haha

 

yeah i dont need all that, i just want some bass haha. mainly for my winter car and then il just throw it in the cobalt once its nice again.
