to4e 50 trim .63 hotside, need some input!

Does anyone know what my boost should be at around 3 4 5k?
-lsj turbo swap
-turbonetics deltagate and voodoo mbc set to about 19psi
-siemens 60s
-2.5" intercooler piping and zzp Bov
-2.5" exhaust all the way, no cat
- and to4e with .63 hotside

I'm curious to hear from anyone else running this turbo.

Also just yanked the cat out today. 3rd gear pulls at 20 psi, rpms froze at 6k
It seems like I'm roughly at 3k, 5psi, 4k 12psi and full boost around 5.3k

Once it spools it should hold what you have it set to. Shouldn't creep or drop more than a lb or so.

It should be spooling much faster than 5,300 rpms. That is not a big turbo, so it shouldn't be that laggy. Who tuned it? Or is it on a base map?

Well its not a big turbo but the exhaust side is a .63 instead of the more common .4something.
I did have my cat removed. At this point I can get 19-20 psi right under 5k.
Did have an HP base tune, had it retuned with some timing last week. Car feels better still, awesome tune up to the rpm stop.
It also has a tiny pin leak at the header edge. Noise goes away after warmed up. Losing a little boost from there probably

While we tuned, we watched the maf freq climbing as the turbo spooled. But as the rpms hit about 6k, the freq starts to shimmy and eventually drops so the rpms freeze

Any pre-turbo exhaust leak will drastically affect spool time.

And what to you mean rpm's freeze? Like it just hangs there and won't accelerate?

Had a friend's M62 E85 car do that recently. It gets to about 6500 and everything looks normal, but it just stops pulling. Boost doesn't jump like a clogged cat, but its still what I am suspecting for him. Your car though, I'm not sure. Could you post a log for people to see?
