Talking

Sorry Fella's i get so damn busy...here are the projects and how they are unfolding... (pics will be up on the website when we have it mass produced)

2.2L ION Turbo kit... Ready to be shipped wastegate set at 8psi (can be pushed higher but not recommended for 2.2L)

2.2L ION ProCharger Kit...Ready for order, 2-3week turn around time from ProCharger on head unit...

2.0 LSJ IRL Twincharge kit...almost ready, waiting on mass production of piping cut to proper length...or for those that cant wait you can order and cut to your desire...

2.2L Cobalt Turbo Kit...Almost ready, waiting on test fitting for piping everything else will be used from the 2.2L ION kit, simply a matter of measuring piping and getting it mass produced so we have kits on stand by! or those that cant wait we can send everything out and you can test fit as needed...

2.2L Cobalt ProCharger kit... Almost Ready, same need to test fit the blower and will use same mounting hardware as the ION Kit, need to fit piping accordingly. or i can sell the bracket and head unit and you can fab up your own piping and intercooler?

2.0LSJ Cobalt SS/SC Twincharge kit...almost ready, waiting on mass production of piping cut to proper length...or for those that cant wait you can order and cut to your desire...

All of these are pending sales but they are very do able for those that cant wait for the piping kit to be sent back to use...

also my webadmin will be posting pics as the Cobalt 2.2L comes in for a turbo kit!

Thanks Kev!!!!!

Call me anytime if you have questions!

I guess there is some competition on the market now. I'll be checking out your stuff now too SpeedMafia. Damn there is a lot of options coming out lately for forced induction upgrades.

I emailed Hahn this week and they were actually on the dyno as I got my response. If they were happy with their tune and numbers being produced, they said once again there would be a release by the end of the week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it actually happens this week as I'm impatient to know as well.

I went out to Fort Carson for some training last year in the early spring and the weather sucked, so I understand that one for sure! Check you PM's in a minute please.

I'm an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tech (Bomb Squad) in the Air Force. We did some Combat Skills Training there that was useless to us as EOD techs. We were definitely at lot further ahead in training and knowledge than the Army provided because of our careerfield's qualifications needless to say. The Combat Lifesaver course was worth it's weight in gold though, as it unfortunately had to be used by my fellow techs to save a couple lives in the AOR.

Sorry to get off topic here. Oops!

My guess is right in the range crossed over stated around 320-350whp. It's going to have to hit those numbers to sell.

XenSS06, everybody's car is different. I already blew the headgasket with just GM Stage 2, and others have broke with various tune and puley sizes. It's a gamble at this point. It really comes down to how well the car is tuned is my firm belief.

they say it will be able to but not to its full potential tho, also i wouldnt risk it.
to run the setup properly it would take all traction mods, engine mount, tranny mounts etc.
and supporting mods would be at least a head gasket to be safe with some good head studs and see where you sit from there, id say those and some other small mods will be needed to run it safely. oh and a full 3" exhaust would definately be needed as well.

I'm prepped already for whatever decision I do make. I'm just awaiting numbers from the companies making the kits. I'll have to sell my Corsa though for a full 3" exhaust, but the turbo quieting down the exhaust will be more than welcome if I got this route.

i wouldnt invest in the stage 2 kit if you are planning to go with twincharge in the future, just save and go twincharge cause you cant run stage 2 with the twincharge...different pully, bigger injectors, different tune so its a waste.
