alright i was washing my brand new 2006 cobalt ss, and i got to my driver side, side skirt, and there is this big ass black spot on the rear part of it. put my nail to it and come to find out its the paint, it chipped off with a little scrap form a finger. looked closer and the whatever type of plastic they use for those(which i like, alot better then fiberglass)had this nasty crater in it. anyone have this prob?, imma complain about that. i understand if it was a rock in the tire of something but theres this weird crater from the side not the fender well.

 

take it back to the dealer, complain, and they may repaint it... i mean if it's a flaw in the paint then they have to fix it, on the front fender at the bottom by my driver side door the paint chipped imma take it in on monday... just see what they say

 

I got a chip like that on my front drivers side fender aswell. I look as if a rock hit mine tho so im not gonna bother to try anything.

Yea I got a nice BIG chip in the drivers front fender to..SUCKS!!!
