I installed a set of Powell stage 1 mounts yesterday and I don't know why I waited so long to get them. I followed the instructions provided and only took about an hour or so. I noticed an increase in traction and the whole car just felt more solid without the motor shifting around. The best part? No additional vibrations! Thank you Mr. Powell for creating such a high quality product, will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I have Powell UCR, Front control arms with spherical T-CABS, YYZ springs, Hardcore rear bars, tow hook, F23 engine mount, powergrid endlinks that you sell. If only I could get a trap door oil pan I would be set!

He has a new slick setup that Adrian is using that comes with a new intake. I think that's the way to go but it's probably not cheap.

Def don't need the intake manifold, but it works a lot better with it. Shot Powell an email for the fastest response, he doesnt seem to be on the forum much anymore.

They have been really busy I know. He frequents Adrian's Facebook road racing page I know but even then it's hit and miss.

LSJ is a different pan wont work on your car. The good news is, after your long wait, we have changed the manufacturing process to avoid defects and will ship you a brand new trap door pan next week that fits your engine

I may not have mentioned that we have changed the way we make trap door pans, so while there is machining done we don't weld on the pan case. The material hates being welded....

some new parts we are producing:

a clutch master cylinder repair plate, works great on Redlines, the Cobalt is a little more involved as the clutch pedal has an extra support that needs to be removed
About 30 dollars shipped

For Ion Redlines, a new strut mount assembly that allows use of adjustable koni shocks and to adjust them in the car. Redlines are weird. Cobalts have it easy
Not cheap, the kit comprises new mounts modified parts with new bearings. Contact Gloria@powellraceparts.com as she can provide a break down of parts if you already have new mounts.

A version 3 for our successful PCV upgrade that eliminates the in manifold PCV valve and runs the valve inside the separator itself. We didn't think we needed to go this far, but as power demands get higher this is a nice option to do. We have run a v.3 style vent path for two years with success. The v.3 is available as a parts kit for folks with v.2 already, if you don't want to buy a new manifold. Same deal, contact Gloria@powellraceparts.com with your specific needs. Note that the different engine configurations have different PCV - kappa, LNF cobalt, LDK Cobalt, big turbo cobalts, LSJ and Lsj t and Redlines.

we have lots of new manifolds, thanks to ZZP for the source.

Oh and I got tired of looking for moulded hoses to make a nice dual pass interface, so we offer this nifty machined manifold to go with a dual pass end plate

Gloria@powellraceparts.com. Not cheap this one. The dual pass end plates are not expensive however.

For the road racers we copied idea from the plastic Porsche GT3 flca brake scoops, and made them for Delta. Made out of alloy and a simple bolt on, they really help with brake cooling in extreme conditions, without any of the spindle ducts and expensive hose ducting. Running brake cooling hoses on a Cobalt is very difficult due to the rear steer rack, the front caliper mount and no easy routing for the hoses from the fog light or radiator grille area.

This is easy and not a lot of money.

The LSJ SC version will plug manifold but draw out of the rocker cover. That will take a little finesse.

At the moment I am working on understanding if there is potential for condensation build up as the blow by gasses cool off too much. I am not sure. Has not happened on the kappa test car over two years. Ryan has not said anything.
Only one LNF is a potential concern. I can't test lsj stuff on my car as it has not any headlights or tail lights currently. Lol
