A cobalt SS/SC in laser blue..supposively it was flooded to about the bottom of the seats, is 7500 buy it now price low or high for this? Hell if i had 7500 i know i'd buy it..apparently it didn't affect any of the mechanical/electronics, something must be wrong with it though right? Either it's a scam or a really good deal....

you cant think about a car as "oh its 7500 bucks i can get it cheap, put 3k in it and it'd be great!" you have to think long term investment. You get an ss/sc used for i dono, 16-17k, you use it for however long, sell it for 12k later. that's 5k total loss in the car. You buy a car that has water damage and you have to rebuild it, (you're gonna have to tell when selling that it had water damage) spend probably 10k total, sell it for probably 7k. You'd be better off just not dealing with the trouble or the chance of them lying to you.
A buddy of mine had a bright idea to buy a flood car to fix.
Like others have said it became expensive fast and he actually lost money.
It's just like people who buy wrecks expecting to make money later. In most cases the car you bought for $4,000 wrecked is still worth $4,000 fixed.
