I remember back when I was that age...I'd probably have done something similar...but I'd have confronted him B4 keying his car. One thing that seems to have been missed here is that you did it at your job...you are DAMN lucky you didn't lose that to boot! If you're gonna go evil on someone, at least have enough brains to do it AWAY from your workplace.
That being said, I do feel for you...but I think you opened up a can of worms you might regret.
