I have it. I can't tell you before and after gains because I had other stuff done at the same time. On a modded SS/SC, it should be worth ~5whp, or more. Doc dyno'd and got a 4whp increase, but didn't take it to redline, so it would've been more. You'll notice the power increase in the mid-upper rpms, and your exhaust note will be deeper with this.
In fact, if you're interested, I may just sell you mine. PM me if you are. I'm going to be going with a header in the near future.

yea, I got 6hp and 10ft/lbs. very nice addition if you have warranty issues. The dealership can't tell its been honed & extruded, minus the sound .

here is a thread I did with the mods
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l-lsj-performance-tech-47/06-ss-sc-dyno-numbers-9926/

I believe you have the 2.4 so the numbers won't be the same, but it'll still be a gain for you.

save yourself some money and do it yourself. Its 1.3 hours of labor in alldata. It takes about an hour to do yourself. Unless you don't have the tools or a way to lift the car.

i agree. do it yourself. took me just about 2 hours in the driveway laying on my back. not hard at al, but would be way easy if the car was in the air.

dont worry about any warranty on your exhaust system.... nothing is going to go wrong with it withn the warranty period. or even a few years after that. just get the header and DP w/ catback and be done!

I know GM makes a CAI/SRI for the 2.2, will that fit the 2.4? Or was that one for the 2.4?
