I closed my hood one cold day after having it open for a while and the side stayed up. Pretty sure the hinge bent.

This is silly. I don't care if you try to justify it with functionality. It looks like ass. If anyone is that concerned with heat, I am sure there are other avenues.. Probably not as necessary as people would like to pretend. Being different isn't cool just for the sake of being different. Gawta crack my hood cause i gots so much heat yo.

theres to many idiots on this board that think this car has some sort of muscle car praise or think because they bought a cobalt they are the new badass in town. hate to break the news to you a lot of you but the it will never have the repuation the pony cars had. its an american sport compact car that was made to compete against the japense sport compact hype. its just an american rice burner lol.
just because it's an american car doesn't mean all the muscle car divers give you respect. i've NEVER received props from a muscle car driver..ever. this car was basically made to compete against the srt-4 i would think. do you see them rolling in a challenger club?

You know why muscle cars owners never give the sport compact owners respect?????
Its because the sports compact scene is filled with a bunch of punk idiot street racer kids that do nothing other then cause trouble. They don't earn nor deserve respect. Not saying all sport compact owners are like that but in all honesty like a group of older guys is going to respect kids that burn out, do doughnuts street race and put peoples lives at risk.
I was in a club where I was out aged my 15-20 years +. They all showed me respect and they all respected my cars even the measly cobalt when it was stock.
