What proof is there that there is a LNF swap in that car? No pics of motor?

I hope he's better at motor swaps than his punctuation.

That being said, there has been a LSJ to LNF swap done by a member on here out of Houston that also happens to be a hell of a tuner

That guy is a member here. He had a whole thread about him doing the swap. You guys are all new or something? Have I really been around that long? lol.

After looking through a couple of your join dates, Id say a few of you missed that thread
He had to replace EVERYTHING to make the LNF swap work and it was very expensive. He replace the transmission, all the way to the shifter and to changing out the entire wiring harness that plugs in the headlights and taillights.

Alot of threads cropped out a year after he did it asking how viable was it to do this swap and he would always answer, just go buy a cobalt SS turbo. He did this back in 08-09ish. Big turbo kits did not exist yet or were in developement.

Thats him. Hes the only one that did it.

EDIT: I might be wrong but I am pretty sure thats him. Silverbullet was his username. This guy says he did the paint job in February of this year, anyone seen Silverbullets car lately to confirm if he did this red on black color change?

"There are some problems with the car, the traction control light is on and abs light which is normal bc of the brembo brakes not being on the car yet.."

So this is cuz the computer calls for brembos instead of reg SS/sc brakes???

I'm confused

well he's probably still using lsj axles and hubs. the abs count is different on the lsj hubs so the abs won't work

car is still silver. he still lives in the Houston metropolitan area. Still tunes in Houston. Don't know much else as he doesn't really hang with my crowd too much.
