LT Mods...
I should be getting a 2dr LT soon, and I'm just wondering if theres a CAI, Cat-Back Exhaust, and a Rear Brake Conversion Kit (to make the drums into disc brakes) out yet, havent looked that hard into these mods

ummmm do a search... dont come asking if their are parts that EVERYONE on the site knows about... if you want rear discs buy a sport.... not an LT... will cost you the same

If you haven't bought it yet just go with a used SS/SC because with bolt-ons and the other stuff you want to do with it(LT) I'm sure the cost won't be that much diff to a SS/SC and still be slower than a stock one.I don't think the 2.2 was built with too much performance in mind.

yea insurance was the deal sealer on my car. 150 a month ls,lt or 389 for an ss. everything is pretty straight forward for bolt on stuff for the car but the rear disc conversion is a bit pricey. it would be best to just keep the drum and judge your stopping distance accordingly. but it is your car and your money. personally i would just up grade the fronts and call it a day. happy modding

if you want a rear drum conversion just find a wrecked ss at a junkyard with good suspension and get the hubs from the fronts and backs and it will convert it to 5 lug at the same time

When I got my 2.4, I was also considering getting an LT. The insurance on the 2.4 SS, was actually $4 less than what it would be for the LT. If it goes up for the SS/SC, it won't be much.
