new guy with some questions...

Hey, I dont own a cobalt but do have a lsj out of one (06 ss lsj 2.0) and am in the process of putting it in a toyota rock crawler. I am stuck finding some info so I have come here seeking some cobalt ss wisdom.

First, Is there a part # for the coil harness or is it considered part of the engine harness? I have seen pics of the harness with a GM PN tag but my local dealer says it's all part of the main harness.

Second, Is the gas pedal connected to the engine harness or dash harness? Is there another short harness that goes from the pedal to engine bay?

Third, Who would you recommend I use to flash the ecu to get rid of the vats and all other not needed functions so it will run in my truck?

I hope you can help me figure these things out and probably many more questions in the future and hope I am able to contribute as well.

Thanks

In the LSJ area perhaps. Some of the guys there are pretty knowledgable. I know there are guys that have put standalone LSJ into other vehicles with good success.
