Just replaced my Gentex compass/auto dim mirror this weekend. The bass broke my last one.

Also picked up a shift boot and a new shift handle I need to install.

Put Powell's xxx rear bar on over the weekend and ran with Midwestern council at Blackhawk Farms on Monday....wow, so that's what rotation feels like! Gonna be a good season at the track.

installed a 2.2 LAP/2.4 LE5 intake manifold. (Big thanks to CobaltChiky88. Good seller)

Had a little bit of trouble trying to wiggle the thing into place, and then trying to make the brake booster connect to the manifold. The hose had some weird connector that I managed to wiggle out of the hose, then made an extension. She revs much easier now, but I loss some torque at the bottom end, but I expected as much. Now all I need to do is buy a throttle body and get a tune

At a quarter mile what do you think would be quicker? 2.4 im or 2.2 ? I feel like it's a useless upgrade if you're losing out on tq to gain a few hp

On the road, it feels faster to me. my l61 would rev to 5500 and then slowly climb the rest of the way. With the new manifold on, it revs to 6500 without a problem. Good on the track, not so good on public roads I managed to grab my manifold cheaply, and I saw another one going for even cheaper on a facebook group. Itll take an afternoon to put on, even less if you do the research and know what youre doing. Buy one, try it out. If you dont like it then theres no real harm done. You can always get your money back by selling it on to someone else

TL;DR Version: Do it.

Did you mix sodium hypochlorite with hydrochloric acid? Or ammonia with sodium hypochlorite?

Where in Canada are you? There's a junkyard in S. Ont. that has a wrecked SS that still has the trunk lid with spoiler on it.

Soon to install the downpipe. Can't wait. I did install the Forge VTA and it's a very nice sound in addition to a K&N SRI. A smooth, and long blow-off when shifting at mid psi range. At WOT a nice bark and quick hiss. Definitely a nice mod for the price. I went with the Green spring from forum research, against the yellow that forge recommended, so far so good, but they gave me 4 to choose from. Original BPV is still in great condition @ 160,000km, might put back in for the winter. Waiting for DP install to get re-tuned.

Replaced my busted fender liner/inner bumper support for it.

Replaced inner/outer tie rods, installed my new (to me anyway) reman CV axles and refilled the transaxle. Wishing the USPS had gotten my new LCA's from Powell here, but alas...

Thought about installing my OTTP shifter, but it was hot out :P

Destroyed my stock charge pipe while trying to get zzp upper charge pipe on. Now need to wait for replacement couplers since I didnt know zzp had install instructions showing where to cut on their site. Then I changed the oil since pipe was off and installed my tbss badge. Thanks dcrep.

Went back to a two nozzle meth setup running 825cc or 13.09gph now. Way easier to set up with the AEM flow gauge!
