Nah... left it natural. Looks good.

My coil pack cover is painted a neo chrome color, and I have the injector cover badge on the valve cover. That's enough bling for me, lol.

I was going to have it powder coated, but I just couldn't bring myself to have this brand new cover painted or coated.

Fixed. It's crooked because I was holding it together by hand.

Yep! The stock lens is meant to disperse light so... Looked like **** until I ground some domes into the lens where the led would each be.

Do you think that LKQ is open Saturdays? Do they have a website for that location with prices?

Great job! I've played with one a few months back but between the lens making anything behind it look like crap, the fact that you can take these ******* apart without a dremel and the fact that they are impossible to find second hand, made me decide to pass on offering them. I'll point anyone that's interested to you

Looked online and it seems they are open Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm

Cool. If I'm going to drive from Anthony I may as well have a good look. Did they take credit or did you have to have cash?

I'm working on that. For this first one E-6000 but that's questionable. I was thinking of a little bondo or plastic so I can make them look pretty on the back. This one's pretty ugly even though you'll never see the back once it's installed. I'm probably going to do a how-to when I do the other one. It's really simple if you have a dremel and/or a drill.

UGH yes that was a pain. I got covered in plastic shavings. I'm really tempted to buy a set to use for re-casting now even though it's huge trouble. It'd be simpler. Thanks!

just wondering, to make sure the leds stay in place and don't move around. I could care less if its held by pieces of gum, as long as it works and holds them in place lol

Too pricey :p if you want to then by all means go ahead. Check local junyards first. They are usually way cheaper. I still need to come up with a plug/play solution. Mine is hard wired in right now

If you can get just the led part for like $10 you're doing good.

So I'm finally ready to start working on my cobalt now that I have a 2nd vehicle and don't have to drive her in the snow etc. How much would an exhaust shop charge to install a new downpipe from ZZP? and would they even install a catless DP? I'm in KS so emissions laws aren't strict but still

I know I could maybe do it myself but it looks like a total bitch int he writeups and all I have tool-wise is a socket set with extenders... I don't have any of the wobble adapters or w/e you need to get at some of the bolts.

How long did it take you to change the tranny fluid? Is it just as easy as changing the oil?
