i have 2 questions...

how long can you keep this mod on your car? or if you run with it a long time wil it hurt the engine?

and my other question when you put a screw in the valve what do you do with the other side the valve thats open?

 

ok i know this is an old ass thread, but to the op .... boost does not bleed off after 6000rpm on a positive displacement (roots type) blower. boost will continue to increase all the way to redline. my car has always made max boost right before the rev limiter stock & staged (it never dropped back).

 

my stage 2 has never let off either staged07ss... mine keeps building... at 6-7k, thats where i hit 16 psi with my 2.95... i hit a max of 13-15 from like 4500-6000

So my prob is different. My max boost is 15 psi and around 6k amd up and I have a 75mm pulley. That's the same boost levels I had when I was stage 2. What's that about?

is this a bad idea now? and whats the best way to get the tube off? mines on there tight and i dont wanna tear it

 

wow way to bring back the dead lol. yeah this mod doesnt really do anything. only good it is for is to test your boost valve. dont do it.
