2.0 LSJ Engine: how to change your S/C oil (pics)
I've always been told take the blower off, lay it on a table, fill until it dribbles out, as you would the trans.
This is how I will be doing it when I change my coupler in a few days.

Not nessecarily, smaller pulley = gears/bearings/rotors, as well as high RPM's = Blower, (And blower internals/components), getting worked harder.
The fluid is going to break down faster than if it was stock with a smaller pulley, or than that if it wasn't driven in extremely high RPM applications, such as racing.
It's cheap any way you look at it, though.. $10 every 100,000 miles.. I think my wallet will be just fine.

6 oz is toooo much
I was not sure about this. But the amount is correct. I have always just measured it.

Supercharger oil change is good, cheap, peice of mind maintenance.
just changed my coupler/oil yesterday.. the old oil smelled pretty bad, kinda like burnt popcorn... checked the blower blades and they were kinda dirty and missing a bit of teflon and the housing was dirty as hell inside too.. cleaned everything up really good, greased the shafts, put new gaskets and the car seems to boost more/faster.. before the change, the most i would see was 10 psi and now its getting to 12 like when it was new
