I am on 42's, 2.9 and custom tuned and dont see my injectors maxed yet. Definately getting close though which is part of the reason i am finally going to 60 and smaller pulley again.
I have the tune for my 60/lb injectors and a smaller pulley to go with it. I don't have the tools to do the pulley, but would it be okay to run it with th 60lb injectors and the tune by itself?
from my understanding the tune doesn't care about what size pulley you're running?

Is this process relatively the same for a 2007 2.2?? It sounds very similar from what I can picture in my head haha I think I have a bad injector on cylinder 4 and I want to move it to see if the misfire follows to a different cylinder
Nice write up. My 2nd time doing this and this write up made it easier to do it right. BTW lubing the O rings makes life a lot easier.
