I wrapped my trim in that carbon vinyl and it looks pretty good. ill PM some pictures if i can find any

That reminded me of the 2011 GMC Terrain that has the glowing dash around the Stereo. Looks really cool, if I do it I'm just going to tap into my boost gauge illumination wire tho.

This is the same as the abl in the camaros. People use light tubes or the plastic wands from mini blinds to give that even glow

I like how it shows all the bad tolerances and fittings in the car... My dash pieces are already loose from taking them off so many times
