Yea they are painted... But he had the black plastic painted and it looks good. I'll forward you the pic so you can see what i mean.

Naw, I just can't believe people are still doing this ridiculous timebomb mod. I'm just going to hate to see the day when some poor kid comes on here who's engine is blown because a piece of quicksteel came off and sucked into his engine bay.

DO NOT FILL WITH 6.0oz!! that is too much!

Please tell me where everyone is getting the 6.0oz number from!, this is probably the biggest amount of misinformation on this site. The units are filled with 100oz from the factory and that is enough for 150,000+ miles without an oil change.

More oil just creates more heat!

lol. probably not man. my buddy works at one of my rival body shops and he snuck them in there and did them.
