Howto remove and replace the drivebelt (EASY WAY)

I learned this and it works everytime

TO remove your belt, remove your air box from supercharger

they plugs under the super and on top

Remove all 4 supercharger mounting bolts

your super will raise up on the end just pull it out and you have your belt off

To install it again just stick your SC snount into the belt and push down the read half of it when lined up on the studs for it

Its so much easier

I think it was 18 ft./lbs, but i will have to double check. Not a whole lot.

and you do this bc? i just use a massive pry bar and put it on top of where they say to use a 15 mil wrench. much easier. you cant keep taking the charger off its gasket without any negative side effects.

Just use a 15mm box and insert a 1\2 wratchet into the closed end for leverage. No this tensioner is TRICKY. I've been a auto tech for 6 years and this is the only auto tensioner like this. You have to push down and foward or else the box wrench wil just slip off ir you just push foward.

You are going to break/strip your bolts and damage the gasket and mating surfaces.
