Appearance: Install rear SS lip on LS bumper
Bumper went to a different body shop yesterday. First review, they didn't think too highly of the work done by the other guy, and well, neither did I. I should hopefully have it back by Friday and on the car by the weekend. I just want to make sure the paint is cured well, before installing. If that means waiting until Monday, then that's when it shall be reinstalled.
That's pretty amazing how they did that with the plastic weld. The first guy that was working on my bumper said he would plastic weld, then came up with a billion excuses (on top of his other trillion excuses) why it was a bad idea.
Good to see, and know for the future, that the plastic welding process is successful.

haha NO im happy with mine haha. it treats me well. i also like the dark one in the beginning of the thread. i wish you could swap colors like you do tires. eh, im tired of red, goin to black, or silver or something. lets invent that ****.
If you use the stock bumper yes. Since you are a g5, you cant really get the s/c bumper so you will have to get it shorened. The guy at the body shop i took it to told him it took him about 4 to 5 hours to do the shortening, so whatever they charge for an hour of labour at the shop you go to times it by 4 or five...
Updated pics (SS rear lip on SS sedan bumper)
Haven't posted here in a while, but here a couple of newer pics, waxed and buffed the paint on the bumper to make it all nice and shiny.

dealership or online, the cheapest i found them was $4 / clip, and you need 14 clips for the rear / 12 for the front i believe. You can find all the info by searching through the thread and omgshesaboy's how to.
