they do have a phone number guys. Ive called them at least 50 times in the past. If you check I dont even think they have been on the site in 2 weeks. Give them a call if you want to know they open at Noon everyday, eastern time

 

I have asked for the number in the past and they have told me they no longer accept phone calls . This was about t 6 months ago b4 even ordereing the header . If anybody has this number would you mind pm me . Thanks !!!!!!!

 

The question is: Did they really ship these headers? No matter how much work they have, this is just crazy.

Well, they have it right on their homepage. I imagine if they didn't want calls, they would either respond to their customers, or remove that from their website.

Yes we have to be patient and yes they must be bizy but lets be realistic here and no im not trying to start some more bs but there are a lil more than 50 people people who ordered this header and we only get feed back from 1 person, ontop of that we dont here anything directly from JBP ! Im sure they have gotten alot of complaints through emals and pms but if they would just post back and give us an idea then im sure alot of people would just chill including myself and i dont care weather anybody thinks im bitching and being impatient . JBP has to have some idea that all this back and forth **** is going on , on the forum. Weather its something personal at the shop or just really bz they gota let us know.

 

The owner of JBP (Mev) is/has been taking care of his wife these past 5 days because she had an accident and severely broke her foot. She can not get around at all unless Mev picks her up and moves her. That means everywhere.
I have a picture of her in the hospital so I know it's legit.
Personally this comes at a bad time but if it was me, I too would take care of my wife before everything else.
When I talked to Mev today he said he was going to respond to those who sent him emails about the headers, all two emails.
I suggest you guys email with your actual order number, to get your individual updates.

thats what I have been trying to say, also you can search yellowpages.ca, and the BBB site. Its everywhere, yet everyone just bitches about not getting thier header instead of finding a better way of getting in contact

anyone recieve their header this/last week?

 

Not yet. It has been two weeks since they claim that they shipped mine out.

 

havent gotten mine yet but i did recieve an email back from JBP saying that they'd get my tracking number from the post office and email me it the next morning...that was 2 days ago 11pm at night.....still waiting to hear back but once i have a tracking number i'm striaght til' it gets here

 

They offered me a tracking number or my money back. I am going for my money back. That leads me to believe that they have not shipped my order yet. I don’t care what anybody thinks about my decision. It is just time for me to cut my loses and move on.

 

when did they email ya back? i ahvent gotten that return email with the tracking yet. At this point I don't want the money back bc I'm not a bank and don't nad out loans for 2.5 months for them to return the money without interest, lmao. I just want the header I'm going to call them on Monday since they are slow to respond to emails.

 

They emailed me on July 3rd. They also emailed me today (July 5th) and said that they will give me a definite answer on Monday. I just want to move on with my project. So if it did not ship as stated by them then I will take my money back and just buy a Hahn.

 

I'm not getting one of these I just wanted to know if its a beach to install?

Nothing yet... they sent it off June 19th.. I remember I ordered something from MRZ PERFORMANCE and it took 3 weeks.

Canadian shipping to california takes forever...
