Well...Since no one else has posted....I haven't got mine (guess it's a no-go on the 1-2 day ship statement) and the tracking site has no update - still shows "An order has been electronically submitted ".

Which can mean either it's in transport and not being updated OR it hasn't actually been shipped yet and I'm getting hosed on the true situation...

 

I would just like to know if I can still get one of these headers for that price?

 

No you can't. The group buy ended a long time ago. But even if you could, I don't think many would recommend...

 

Worst gb ever. I feel sorry for you all. After reading this, I will never for a split second think of buying ANYTHING from these people.

 

JUst got home from work and i feel the same way we got what we asked for ''a tracking number'' now we have to ask for the header maybe we will recieve it then ! Stupid sh#t going on here !

Go on to ebay and find an item then go to their shipping policy where it states that they have no control once it is handed over to the carrier.
From what your writing you give JBP way to much credit for having the power to make Canada Post/Purolator "fake" a tracking number. Seriously stop your whining.

I love it. I ordered a Clear Image header, after this GB was 2 months old. I already got it, had it ceramic coated, and its ready to go on the car.

Man I love JBP

 

Annoying? Yeah, how dare us expect to get what we've paid for...Monday will be 5 months since the GB originated (and over 3 months since I paid – 29 Apr) and people are still waiting for product...and yeah, we are SO impatient - How dare us!

Hell even after JBP knew (mid-July) we hadn't received our header they delayed the shipping (2 more weeks - till end of July, cause they were too BUSY to go to a post office ) - and then they delayed again (6 Aug) ...

So I might come across as a little annoying to JBP by wanting my header, but how do you fit in the picture?

Our items don't show any movement what-so-ever ...I've ordered plenty of items that were tracked where you can actually track when it left, where it went (distro center, airport, etc.). And this (according to the tracking info) hasn't done ****...

And I'm getting tired of their constant delays and their excuses - it's one ******' thing after another...

And yes, an individual/retailer can electronically notify a courier that they intend to ship, enter weights/address, pay and get a tracking number...(before it ever leaves the point-of-origin location - I've done it may times) and THEN physically ship...

And comparing your purchase/shipment with Turbo Tech with this GB is a mark of a true dumb-ass...

 

The comparison was USPS not updating my shipment, just as the lack of updates from your tracking #.
As for the rest of your statement, I will say again, stop your whining, your age is showing (or is it your shoe size?)

Yes JBP has had some terrible customer service when it came to this but insulting Rod when it comes to this is just plain stupid. Rod has done so much for the people in this forum by helping with the tracking numbers and personally talking to employees at JBP. So next time you insult someone who's helping you reconsider the repercussions. Now he will probably not even help all of you because of a few stupid comments by some members.

Yeah, he's been a real BIG help by saying how "annoying" people are and by insulting and calling people "whiners" who just want what they've paid for (over 3 MONTHS ago)...and who've been constantly put on hold with bogus shipping delays, etc.

What repercussions could we possibly suffer?
JBP won't work/deal with me unless Rod gives his blessing?
When I have a question about JBP products or service should I call Rod first?
Will Rod give me my money back if I'm dissatified?

I shouldn't need his "help" to get my header...My beef and frustration is with JBP and I don't want/need his inputs as if he's some type of bigshot or savior.
