I think they realize that they have burned many bridges and killed potential future buyers from the way things were handled with this whole group buy. I guess I was lucky to get mine when I did, but still they should have planned better to avoid this in the first place. Rod does have people working on his car but the whole shop isn't. Still, I hope to high heaven that this header does actually put down respectable numbers: for both the dealer and consumer's sake. Just imagine if the header is more of a hindrance to the car than a help. Imagine how pissed off you would be then?

I just hope my pressure works for all who still need their header shipped.
at least you guys have someone who has some pull with their day to day business to put a verbal foot in their ass. Waiting for the rebel intake was along the same lines but there was really no help to push the issue. Way to be the stand-up guy Rod; we all know you didn't have to.

Well as for performance i heard that its top notch you can feel the gains . Im not talking numbers here but supposidly bottom end died out a lil and top end improved alot. When i first spoke to jbp they told me to run a high flow cat not to go straight pipe because power would be pushed too high in the rpms making useless power . Keeping the cat would keep the power band to a lower rpm making use of all the power. Im gona find out soon !!!

well it looks like I missed out on this awesome deal, JBP are you guys still whilling to sell more vortex headers of yours at the same price to other buyers? I am realling interested in getting the header and down pipe 3". Hand how much for that new supercharger?

Puralator International and i just noticed one thing its not JBP who is sending these tracking numbers its Canada post themselves Saying that it was requested by JBP to email us the info . So if u dont get an email it dosent neceseraly mean that JBP didint send out the header it can also mean that canada post taking long to email you the info

They say with 3" intake and 3" exhaust. You figure maybe 5hp intake, 10-15hp exhaust, so the gains with the header alone would be about 10 hp, which is pretty good but similar to non-loop stainless headers as well. I haven't seen a dyno sheet for it however.

that's a good question for you Rod. Can you ask them why they won't post a dyno sheet for this header? They can't possibly say that they didn't have the opportunity to do it. If they have a picture of the new version installed on a cobalt, then there's no reason why they couldn't dyno it.

As for the dyno sheet, JBP doesn't own a dyno, their shop car doesn't run any mods and the guy whose car the pictures are from doesn't care about numbers, only results.

It comes back to that thing you guys don't like to hear, time. The header was designed off of my engine while it was on the engine stand and time for the shop is tight. JBP is a very small operation guys and the manpower is stretched thin most of the times. Hopefully this changes but that isn't likely to happen soon, not with that one royal PITA customer JBP has to deal with almost daily.

Ah now this is good reading for my hawwaii trip... lol - And btw the weather out here is ******* FANTASTIC!!! Water is a lil cooler than I thought, but it's definately paradise.
Still no trackin via email as well... - According to your calculation's rod I must be number 8 then? Doesnt make much sense here... Then again what does w/ this group buy.
Will be checking tomorrow; will let ya'll know.

Just noticed but really all that's showing is a "An order has been electronically submitted " statement in the tracking window (same as last night).... That doesn't mean anything has really even shipped yet, doesn't it?
I'll feel better once it shows actual movement....If it's supposed to be one or two days then it should have been on it's way.

There is also the possibility the system is behind and just hasent updated, that happens often too. Ive had package say they were electronically submitted and show no movement, then receive them and all of the sudden all the tracking and delivery info shows up. It happens

I can get with that but the dyno isn't good for just numbers. They can help with seeing if there is a shift in the powerband. Pre and post dynoes are for results, not seeing how big their dyno-***** are.
