installed using stock studs...made 2 of the holes slightly larger on flange that connects to cyclinder. however, installed it on a 2.4. and and an important note is that the header heats up a lot. so much, so that I have to figure out a way to move or protect the wires and grommet on the top of valve cover, so the heat from the header does not melt it. also got a cel so will be using spark plug anti-foulers to fix that.
also, header was pushing against the coolant pipe when tightening bolts, and leaking a little bit of coolant. so had to tweak it a bit.

the hardest part for me was actually getting the header into position under the car. instead of removing half shaft, removed bolt holding tie-rod which gave an extra inch and enough room to move upwards. it was like playing tetris to get it into position the rest of the way.
i didnt have to remove the half shaft.....i unbolted the subframe lightly.....and the front sway bar and it fit right in.......i did this with 2 jacks 2 jackstands and no hoist.....in the street in front of my house........when i installed it my car was running about 20 to 30 degrees warmer than usual.....and started to melt mt fire wall protector so i wrapped the water pump, the header, and fabricated a custom heat shield to fit between the header and the fire wall........car runs good and sounds like a monster.......
I'm transfering as we speak; a few pix and videos will be up as soon as I can get them on photobucket.
