Chicago Meets
Recap from last night, since there were 7 of us there...
SIGN UP FOR THE CRUISE for CED! If you want friends to cruise with you, tell them to sign up. If they aren't sure if they are coming or driving, have them sign up anyways. We can remove someone last minute no problem. But we will not be adding anyone.
The meet for June will be moved up a week to Wed the 22nd. It will be at the CED hotel to welcome people as they come in. Otherwise we would be meeting after CED, which would be silly.
If you have been contacted to help with the cruise as a leader or second, we will be having a test run of the cruise sometime soon, so be ready for that.
We need someone to volunteer to help with the cruise, who will be driving around and helping people who are lost get back on track. This means you won't be able to participate fully in the cruise. I'm going to be set up with a laptop and Google maps finding people, and then will need someone out driving to get anyone who gets totally lost. PM me if you are interested in that.

Ugh. Sorry about tonight falling apart.
We got there and then found out about them being short staffed. They let us hang out inside till at least 10 or so. Kitchen still closes at 9 though, so remember that for next month. Also had a pretty small turn out, but part of that is also that more guys usually come later, more towards 9:30 or 10, which is usually ok.
But yeah. Like we also said out in the parking lot, I'm about the only person still active over here, and then it's just to post up when meets are. PM me if you want the link to the forum we all still use. This forum has it blocked, so I can't post the link... We are a lot more active over there, for sure!

IIts been dead a bit lately. Chicago ecotec discussion thread....when people post it becomes more alive. Feel free to introduce yourself and keep it up there and people will chime in. I've been forum absent a bit as I have a lot on my plate right now
