I see some to on the north end of the metro. A few black s and silver one and a plain jane yellow on. I know the guy that drives the silver one. Does anyone know the guy that drives the yellow school one?

 

Yellow school one? not sure what that means, my buddy has a Yellow ss/sc hes in windosr heights/wdm area

Anyone own one on here that was in Altoona tonight? Was black with like purple and grayish hood.

My friend in near West Des Moines has a yellow, but its still getting the engine put in after the shop that rebuilt it for him failed to set proper bearing clearances. Im always driving on 235 and downtown so that black sc might have been me.

Hey everyone. New guy here ( well kinda ) im the one who started this thread.

Names Neal, own a 2006 laser blue metallic cobalt ss/sc. It is wingless with tinted tails and back windows tinted. I live in pleasant hill but work on south side of des Moines. Always in altoona and basically all around the metro. I have been out of the cobalt world for awhile now. Had a baby and let the cobalt sit while we used the explorer for baby. Anyways, driving the balt again and man did I miss it!

Would love to get together with some fellow cobalt owners. Anyone else have any little ones?

 

And just like that, I am back. Bud, what's new with your balt?

 

we have a febuary meet coming up at buffalo wild wings with a cruise after lunch for all that would like to join, will also be passing out Midwest Cobalt Club business cards and window decals. More details on the group facebook page. We have a couple members with kids, and my fiance' a few other girls are usually at the meets as well

Now that it seems like this mild winter is coming to an end I brought out the Cobalt and felt good driving it around again... Nothing new with the balt, though I'd like to get my hands on a new exhaust system...

 

Any plans of another get together? I'd love to meet some fellow members on here.

Anybody near Des Moines that knows how to install a Dual-pass? I've been thinking of upgrading my cooling system, but I don't think I'd be able to do it myself.
