I'll stick with Earlville and on occasion Cedar Falls

wait a sec I think I know u- did me and my buddy race u downtown- well we went to the interstate and did highway pulls this summer in a yellow ss/sc? If so I was the driver

 

Well the balt helped the city out and did a little plowin this morning.
Did i tell you guys how much I hate winter yet? lol

 

I hate it too, paved a few trails for cedar rapids last night. Air dam, wheel wells, and spoiler packed full of snow.

 

I thought I was gonna be able to drive my cobalt through the winter but yesterday morning on the way to work I was prarie ******* the whole drive scared out of my mind- thankfully for me my father in law owns a company and has a spare 4x4 suv for me to drive in the winter so the cobalt is going to hibernate-

Also my buddy with his altima ser thought he cud take on the Iowa winter with stock low pros and slid through a light and got side swipped- so glad I put my car away before something like that Happened to me

 

Man I really wish I could put my car in hibernation. Scared drivin it every day thinking someones gonna hit me in this weather.

hey bud- Andy is thinking of going down a pulley size to boost 21pounds- do you know if he would have to retune for that or would his tune that u did for him be fine- also he'll be doing a heat exchanger due to the smaller pulley

HA! I know not much goin on in here! Wish summer was back. Be nice to do some cruising and what not in the beautiful weather.

I was thinkin the same damn thing. Done any moddin to your car since you got it? Even though you got it not too long ago. Lol.

 

Nothing yet- I'm waiting for a member on here to make a trip out to see his family I'm buying a catless dp from him then doing a trifecta tune come spring! Can't wait!

Anyway Sam... not sure about the retune especially if he's gonna do the heat exhanger thing. The MAF may run out of room though.

 

Well I know with the lnf anytime u do a mod u have to retune I just don't know if the lsj's are like that- and I'm not sure if it wud be good if he ran such a small pulley without a heat exchanger?

No problem. Wishin I could get my balt to look good but not much income comin in at the time now. Got some ideas just gotta start savin to make it happen lol.

 

why doesnt it look good now? yours is the yellow ss right? my buddy andy has a yellow ss/sc and i love his- i dont give a f*ck what people say about the yellow ones i like em- hes dropping his and putting stage two axels come spring- the parts have been laying around since last winter lol- also hes doing the 21psi pulley- not sure what size it is, and heat exchanger

 

Yeah mines yellow. I mean mine looks good and i love the **** out of it. I am still debating on whether or not to drop it cause it would look tight as hell if it was. The only reason i wouldn't is because I had my cavi lowered and HATED the way it rode lol. I'd LOVE to stage mine and powder coat my stock ss/sc wheels black. Also would love to get the ss/tc grilles and can't forget a CAI! List could just keep going lol.
