Ideas for Va Beach and Tidewater region Cobalts
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just wow. I was on the phone with my dad and said they are working on the die's right now for the Cruise and the dies hit the asymbly line in a year and he told me something i thought i would never hear
Aparently the Cruise Dies are going to be replacing the cobalt Die's and the cobalt will no longer be in production in 2 years.
I can't believe that shizzy
who ever has an ss/sc or an ss/tc is going to have a collectors item
keystone did my silver powder coated valve cover. they are in PA

the cobalt might be last car i get from chevy. theres really nothing out there that peaks my interest with them. expect maybe the camero . then again i plan driving my 'bolt to the ground before thinking about another car.
You guys crack me up. Like people are buying and restoring Escorts because they don't make them any more.
Actually think I'd rather have an Escort.
i love the volt though. not going to pay $40gs for it though.
who knows. maybe in 25~30 years from now, we'll see restore escorts and cobalts with mad HP racing on pinks

ok escort had a more decent run. from the early 80s to almost 2000. the Escort Gt was a joke...... and so was the corvair.... but people still retain them and restore them... another example would be the 86 corolla. still being bought and made into drifintg cars... a 22 year old car is still drifting and racing...
Ernie, you hooker...
oh....I found out that I don't need a belt to run the car. Well, you need it to charge the battery but not to drive it.
I sheared all the bolts holding the pulley in place...anyone remember what the profile is for the threads..??
