Trans was never removed, they just stopped working one day. And then kinda worked for about a week and then just quit lol

Want inexpensive power? Get some injectors, an m62, and what not and make an SC kit. You can slowly piece that mug together, with out having to blow a **** ton of money at once.
Did I mention my friend is selling the S/C kit off of his 07 SS?

2.4 with an SC kit is sex. It's cheaper than turbo, perhaps not as powerful, but easier to piece together. Do it Drew.

i dont have time for that. i got other things to worry about, like school.... not as fantastical as the rest of you guys to just drop whatever i feel like into my car.
but i did look at FieldMP's friend's kit...

id rather just buy it all instead of waiting and watching and looking... by the time i assemble it all and find out what they all do... my car would prolly just be gone lol.
but if that kit for 1600 does seem pretty sweet.

Drew, don't let them pressure you into something that you do not want or feel that you need. I know, this is coming from someone with a turbo car and a BBC car in his garage!!

If you do not want to go fast from point a to point b, then don't do it. If you do, then do. And how about all of those tickets that you will get from this?

Just let me know, this up coming weekend we might be able to. I should be off, but still doing baby duty. Once she gets old enough, she will be out working with me on the cars. She drives a mean Tonka truck for being 11 months old!!!

That is also part of the reason that I do not want to take you for a ride in my car, then you would want to do that to yours!!!!

We're not pressuring him to do anything. Here are the facts;

For a good underglow kit it costs what? 100 bucks? Right there, those are injectors.

You want new seats? About 500 or more? That's a m62 plus pulley and maybe even a belt.

You want new wheels? FOr a set of good wheels that are good quality, it's at least 800. That's HP Tuners plus some one tuning it for you, plus and exhaust.

You just got an SC kit for the price of all of your visual upgrades. And even better, you could probably just buy different tunes instead of HP Tuners, and spend the rest on an exhaust, header, DP, intake manifold, and etc. All of those can be pieced together. And **** bro, I can even have my brother hook you up with the exhaust. He would put the exhaust and DP on dirt cheap.

We're not pressuring you....we're just sayin'.

didnt want seats.
my underglow was about sixty free shipping.
and you WERE right about the wheels, but i think im just gonna stay with my crap wheels.
i just dont think it would be worth my xtra school loan money lol. i dont have the wear with all to find all the **** i need for this.

its really a tough call, and i want to do it, but im just too afraid.
so, im just not going to do it. and thats all there is to it.

It's all good bro'. Just pointing out the facts.

Besides, not asking you to spend your student loan money on a 1600$ SC kit. I wouldn't even do that. It's why I slowly piece together my build. Bought my injectors, and with tax return money I'll buy wheels and tires. Then I'll eventually get a ported SC and intake mani, + K&N filter. It's a building process. There's no way I'd ever just buy 2k worth of parts up front. I'm not even buying the wheels and tires all at once (just incase I need money in an emergency lol)

Yeah, I don't plan on making mine go "fast" fast. Just enough to squeeze a little power out of it while not changing classes in AutoX.

AutoX does not = top speed. You might get to what...60 or 70? Depending on the track.

A s/c or turbo will make the car A LOT more fun to drive... I guarantee it. Always has... always will.
