Drew, that new kit that Buyhids has looks nice. That is the kit that I am looking at too for a retro kit. And Drew, nothing is impossible!!!! I am also glad to know the brakes are working good for you.

So Mike, the Bimmer isn't doing it for you i see. Sorry to here that. Maybe you should look into finding an 09 sedan SS, they are quiet nice if I do say so myself. I also think your little yellow coupe has been sold. I saw a yellow SS like yours on Route 3 with a temp tag on it last week. Hope you find what you are looking for.

 

There's like 3 yellow SS in medina, I used to see them all the time when I worked out there. Ken Ganley just had a yellow one with black stripes about a week ago, so if it was that one, not mine lol its real easy to tell if it was mine you saw tho, the rims would be silver instead of gunmetal or chrome, evo mod and blacked out grill w/ yellow bowtie, and loud as fawk lol

 

haha i used marine grade sealant, and its some pretty strong stuff... theres a new kit? ill look into it, i wanna get my fogs either 3000k or 6000k, same as i want the heads to be.. haha yeah the brakes are nice!

AND, i went to laria yesterday morning and got my steering taken care of, and the sway bar as well.

Driving to the university was an interesting testament to my driving ability and my blizzaks tonight.

 

My driveway has gotten a lot more difficult in the past week for no apparent reason.

I gotta see if the snowbalt can handle it.

 

i almost t-boned a buick enclave on the way to polsky, going down wolf ledges, luckily they pulled out fast enuf.

 

You bunch of losers, can't drive in the snow!!!! Do you think you are that person I was following the other day with Florida plates or that person that backed into the road sign just before 91 on 224. Ya, on my way home from work I was following a Colorado truck in the fast lane, then they moved over and I blew past them. The look on that persons face was priceless... I really like my Blizzaks in this weather.

Oh, and Mike it was a Yellow with no stripes on it. It had silver wheels, possibly the polished SS wheels on it. The car was parked in a driveway on Rt 3 just past 71. I did notice that it had a 30 day tag on it too. Hard to tell if it had a yellow bowtie on it, I was going a bit fast when I went past it.

Drew, Laria does a good job on working on cars. I am glad they they took care of you. Ya, buyhids has a new retro projector kit. They are highly rated ones too.

So Greg, how is the car running for you?

Ya, I grew up in Warren. I know how lake affect snow was there. I know its nothing like what you get, but it did suck. Now here in Medina, we get a weird form of lake affect at times.

One day I was at Laria and they had a ZR1 there. I left some droollllll on it. For one brake rotor, it was 1500 dollars!!!!!!!!!!! They are really nice there, that is who I recommend if you need any GM work.

 

Im at polsky noon till 3 on tuesday and thursday then i goto wayne for class at 6 then back to polsky for a 8:10 class.

Lots of driving sometimes annoying mostly fun though.

And black my car is running great. And yea Laria seems like a nice dealer, but i'm not stock anymore so dealer is of little help and i have 92k on her so not like theirs a lot of time left of the warranty. Good thing I can do most of my work myself.

I like Zr1's but i'd never own one.

O on side note in akron i saw a red cobalt ss with black and red wheels, looked like aftermarket rims. And super tinted windows. Anyone know who im talking about?

Drove my dad's G8 to school today since my cobalt still needs a new tire. That was interesting to say the least, haha.

Kyle, is your dads G8 a v6 or a GT? I was wanting one of these, but they were to much when I bought the SS. I needed 4 doors and that car was on my short list. I liked it, but my account didn't.

Ha, yeah... my beater still has Race Slicks on it, pretty much (Falken RT-615's)... so its not too fun.

 

On mornings like today no lol, I got 210lbs in the rear of the blazer & it actually rides better, keeps the old suspension from bouncing so much.

V6 He just bought it the other night. It moves pretty good for what it is, and it looks great. The car is loaded though, it supposedly has every option that a GT would have, except the motor. The tires are "all seasons" but they have a AA traction rating and a treadwear rating of 280 lol, they were horrible in the snow.

 

Greg your funny. Maybe I will take you for a ride in the old one if I can get it done sometime this year. Drew saw it when we did his brakes.

The v6 G8 is nice, but I love v8's and how they can move a car. The sound, the power, and how they throw you in the seat.

And Mike, I saw a yellow SS in town tonight, with a Ganley plate on the front. If it was the one that you mentioned, they might have taken the stripes off. This car had no stripes and a yellow front badge.
